Help to conserve wild meerkats Adopt a wild meerkat from South Africa for twelve months and help to conserve meerkats in their natural habitat. Includes easy-to-follow instructions – register online or by post. Your adoption will assist Meerkat Magic a conservation project which protects wild meerkats. Also includes money off a Meerkat Magic tour. A lovely thoughtful gift for those who care about these cute animals. Simply follow the registration instructions inside the gift box to get started and you will soon receive a personalised certificate. Gift box contains: Welcome letter Your gift explained Gift registration instructions Booklet about the meerkats Information about the Island Farm Sanctuary Presentation certificate After registration: A personalised supporter certificate and a meerkat photograph will be dispatched to you within 28 days. You will also receive newsletters directly from Meerkat Magic* *Newsletters are sent at the discretion of Meerkat Magic. FAQs: How long do I have to register my gift? You need to register your gift before the expiry date on your gift registration booklet. We recommend that you register your gift as soon as possible. How long does my adoption last? Your adoption lasts for 12 months from the date of registration. How long does it take for me to receive my certificate and meerkat photograph? These will be dispatched within 28 days from the date of registration. Occasionally factors outside of Gift Republic’s control may affect delivery times. Can I visit the meerkats? Meerkat Magic aims for as little impact as possible on the meerkat nature reserve so that they remain true to their natural behaviour. They encourage an 'Observe and Conserve' policy and the animals are completely wild. The meerkat reserve is located in Oudtshoorn West Cape South Africa. It welcomes guests for tours at certain times of the year. Does my gift entitle me to anything else? Yes! If you do decide to visit the meerkats this gift entitles you to a 10% discount on a Meerkat Magic tour. Further details are provided in the gift tin. Disclaimer: This gift package is produced in association with Meerkat Magic. The organisation does not just concentrate its efforts on one particular species. If for any reason your chosen project is unavailable the organisation reserves the right to allocate the donation wherever they feel the need is greatest. For every person that registers their gift Gift Republic donates approximately 10% of the RRP directly to Meerkat Magic. The adoption is valid for 12 months from the date of registration. The tour discount is valid for one tour only. This is a novelty gift item and must be regarded as such.
